my husband and i have only been married since february of this year and we are looking to get a divorce. he's trying to make things more difficult and not teling me the correct way to do things. i am 24 and he is 28. we were together for a year and a half before our marriage. i moved to california to be with him in february and the first week we lived together out there we drove to las vegas and got married. something a youg and dumb and hopelessly inlove couple would do. now we're back in ohio and have been for about 4 months and i dont want to be with him anymore because since we've been back we've had 2 incounters where he's been physical with me and he hasn't had a job since we've been back. i've paid all the bills. he's trying to confuse me about the details and the law facts. so if you could at least send me in the right direction that would be great. we dont own anything together. we have seperate cell phone accounts and everything. his car is in my name but i dont want it and i have some of his furnature but i'm moving in a couple of weeks so i'll give it back then. just a futon, a small intertainment center and a 36 inch tv. thats it. the rest of my belongings are in california still.
