Two months ago my wife left me she told me to get all bills in my name shes not paying for things where she dont live.She now has a new BF and has come back to the house when Im at work.can I stop her from having her new BF here in front of my Kids no divorce has been filed yet.

Not really. She has as much right to be there as you do until you file for divorce. At that time, you may be able to request a restraining order to keep her out of the marital home, or to keep the boyfriend away.

You do not have to allow him in your house while you are there. When you are not there there is not much you can do. You can certainly try to get some temporary divorce papers filed and have a restriction in there about the kids not being around moms new boyfriend. It is possible. See an attorney.

My fiance is in prison and wants to file a divorce in the state of ohio, hamilton county. I am friends with his current wife, they are both in agreement for the divorce, have no shared property between them, and two kids. They want to basically have it dissolved, but can't because he's in prison, and they state for a dissolution you have to have both parties at court. And a divorce is to expensive and legal aid can offer no assistance. Any ideas?
