My jurisdiction is: u.s.a

My bf(native american) is married to a filipina in philippines but he discovered that his wife committed adultery... they were married in 2005 but havent have communication for 2 years now, can he file a divorced here in u.s.a to his wife who is in philippines?

Yes, he can, but he will have to have her served with notice of the petition for divorce in the Phillipines.
