Divorcing after 2 years

I just wanted to know what my wife would be entitled to when we get divorced. I have a 401k but I read that she isn't entitled to it because of the short marriage of 2 years. What other things would be effected because of the short time of marriage. I bought land before we got married so what happens to that. Also what happens to the ring I know that sounds petty but i'm sure many men would like to know the answer to this question also many of the reasons we agreed to get married were turned around on me, like now she doesn't want children and doesn't want to use her degree that I supported her to get to help me get out of my job. The ring was a major community property purchase that some say was a gift but we both paid on it during the marriage. Also am i liable for half of her student loans that were acquired during the marriage.

The ring is a gift and belongs to her. Forget it. Anything you bought before the marriage or accumulated before the marriage (like your house and 401k) is yours. Her student loans accrued to her benefit and will be allocated to her. Be glad you didn't have children before things went south. You are getting out cheap. Good luck.
