I am 17 and a half years old and I have a step mom and a step brother along with my biological sister and my father. I want to basically divorce my parents and live with my Mema three miles down the ride from my parents house.
I feel as if my parents don't support me enough in my decision and I am trying to get a jib and my license by the time I'm 18 in December! My Mema just got a new house and she said I am able to move in with her as soon as I'm done with my Junior year in high school which is in a kit two weeks. I have made my finale decision on this.
Is there a way I can fill out a paper for my parents to sign for me to move in with my grandma?

There is nothing you can do, no paper you can complete, and no law you can invoke, that will force your parents to allow you to move out and live with your grandmother. If they say you may live with her, you can; if they say you cannot live with her, you cannot. It really is that simple.

The very minute you are 18, you can walk out the door, live anywhere you like, and no one can make you return home. As long as you are still 17, no matter how close to 18 you may be, you live where your parents say you live.

Sorry but parents' decision. You will have to wait until you are 18 in Dec. if they say no.

Think of it this way, Christina. You'll be 18 in five or six months.
That's how long it would take for most divorces to be granted.
Pretend you filed divorce papers, and wait until 12:01AM the day of your birthday, you're free, they're free.
Off you go, pretend divorce and all.
Now, here's the beauty of my pretend divorce: IT COSTS YOU NOTHING, YET YOU STILL DERIVE THE BENEFIT OF FREEDOM.

If you think creatively, albeit oddly, you sometimes get what you wanted anyway.
