Hello, my father passed away back in 1997. He was half Native American. My grandmother was full blooded Native American. They are both deceased now. We are going through court to prove he is my father. He is on my birth certificate but since my parents were not married the judge wants a blood test to prove he is my father so we can receive our money. Where do I start? Where do I have to go and ask for when I do? Please help me.
