Hi,

Does a biological child of a deceased parent have right to the deceased's estate if they are not included in an existing will or designated as a beneficiary?

Thank you.

A child who is excluded usually has the right to apply to court for a variation to the will. Whether or not it will be granted depends on the circumstances of the case - station in life, financial needs, etc.
