i own my home, but rent the lot. i signed a renewal. the renewal dated july 1 2008 till july 1 2009. the original lease stated a month to month lease, i gave my 30 day notice on 10/30/2008 and paid novembers rent. i had to move the house on 10/31/2008 due to weather. but i payed the landlords for the next month. do i get deposits back that i gave?
