Just so you know i am a salaried worker. I was at my desk with two other engineers and an hourly worker and my direct supervisor came up to my desk thru a report on it that i have written and said " I should wipe my ass with YOUR work"... In front of all the people. Within the next hour I was out on the production floor and several hourly employees asked me what I was going to do about it. Once again this was done in front of HOURLY employees not behind closed doors which was a personal attack in my mind. This particular manager has several complaints of harrassment against him which i can prove if i needed to... do I have any kind of case...
