Im not sure where to post or even if anyone can help. Please read and tell me anything you may know about this case.
I recently had something very horrible happen to me and I am starting to think I don't have a case criminaly but I am wondering if I have something civily. Here is what happened.
I started working at a strip club in the begining of September. On Friday the 26th I went to work at 9:00 pm with one of my friends as my designanted driver. Around 11 or 11:30pm at night a gemtle man asked me to give him a lap dance. I agreed and so we went into the "couch room" so i could give him one. While we were in there things got a little out of control and he proceded to do things that i did not want him to do. Before i knew it the bouncers were there telling me to get up and get out. I went up to the office to get my things and the three bouncers and manager of the club came and got me a proceded to take me to the back room where the dressing room was. Once we got back there, there was another dancer in the room who began to fight with me. I was being held back while we were pulling each others hair and so in self defense I bite the girls finger and one of the bouncers. After that happened the manager of the club was telling the girl to leave and keep her mounth shut. Once she was gone one of the bouncers held the door closed while the other two bouncers held my arms. The manager of the club then punched me in the face and told me i was going to jail. I then spit my blood on his suit and then they threw me on the floor and the manager started kicking me in the face and head, stomach and back. I eventually made my way out of the emergency exit where they proceded to follow me. Finally my friend came around the cornor and they retreated back into the building. After i went to the hospital and everything I finally went and made my statement to the police. I have recently found out that the three bouncers the manager of the club and three other witnesses are claiming that everything that happened to me was because of the fight i got into with the girl. Which is not true because i eneded up with two black eyes, a busted lip and black and blues all over my body. I am beginging to beleive i dont have a criminal case but think i may have a civil case. Can anyone give me some advice and tell me what i should do?
