in 2004 while expecting my last child and as harassed by DHR in Chattahoochee County GA. Her allegations were false as was her paperwork. it resulted in losing my 15 yr. old, and 3 adopted children, later my new born son was also taken using false paperwork. As a result my marriage failed and I was left to raise 5 minor children, 3 with special needs all by myself with no job and no near by family to help. the years have strained the family and where we were once close we are not. my question is, is it possible to sue the worker and DHR for the pain and suffering the took me through and left the children with.
