Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Do i have a case?

i was pulled from my vehicle that was sitting in my driveway while i was asleep inside, by the police. Who came to my home on two reports that my vehicle was immobile in traffic. When they got me out of the vehicle they quickly saw that i was not sober. They gave me a Minor in Posession-Alcohol, but i had no open container of any sort or alcoholic beverage anywhere in my vicinity, do these cops have a case against me?

In some states and counties, a minor that has consumed alcohol can be charged under the same section as he would if he were holding a bottle of booze.

If you were looped, and the section you were charged with violating covers consumption, they have a case.

What state was this in? And what code section were you charged with?
