Do I have a calim in a coutersuit
Last year I lost my job in the aftermath of an indictment against the firm I worked for for 10 years.
The firm has since then been the object of a civil suit as well by a group of 20 or so of the largest consumer product goods companies in the US.
Assuming that the firm and the individuals are able to win the case in federal court, do I have a possible claim in a countersuit against the group that is suing civilly?
My thought is that because of the suits, the company was forced to reduce costs and I have lost a career.
