 do i have a legal leg to stand on,i was layed off with several afro american co-workers at a hotel for lack of work an replaced by mexican workers. a suit was filed between other workers (mass greivence) others were hired back i was called to come in to give another blood test and to work with them about hours, i went in HR person wasnt there i've been calling and shes giving me the run around what can i do.

WOW a blood test but yet they seem to be hiring immagrants? Go to the HR office and sit their until he/she shows up and sees you. Do not back down stand your ground. WHen you say mexican workers are you thinking they are ilegals??? Just because they are mexican workers does not mean they are not americans. Just like I am an irish worker but I am also an american.

I highly doubt the new workers are illegal. so from here on out we will call them replacement workers.

Why?

Will employers ever learn.

Sheesh.
