Am I going to win my Unemployment Case?

To Whom It May Concern-
I did in fact sign a statement on 12-18-2009 confessing to having intentions to steal, but I was harassed, intimidated, and threatened to signing that statement by Loss Prevention Associate and it is completely false. I was not allowed to give my true statement during my interrogation interview and therefore I am giving my statement now.
While working the 6pm-12am shift on 12-18-2009 at the Counter at MY JOB, I found a MY JOB Gift Card and thirty dollars cash in the walkway entrance to my counter. I scanned the gift card to see that the amount was $40.00.
*Please note for the record, that in my Unemployment papers and my statement that I was intimidated to sign, it was noted that these items were found separately. They were not. I tried to tell the truth to Loss Prevention and she didn't believe me, so I was desperate to prove my innocence and therefore lied to her in my statement, and also in my unemployment papers I filed next day, and in my grievance call I made to S I understand that I am under oath, and therefore wish to retract any such statement. I know I am innocent, and I should not ever lie to anyone, because it just makes matters worse. Please accept my sincere apology. I was in shock after what had been done to me.
Since the gift card was found in the walkway, I immediately thought that it had to be one of the other two girls who worked at the counter with me, who were also working that day and had just left prior to me getting there. I also thought it might possibly be a customer who had stopped by to smell fragrance because that's where it was found. I immediately called Loss Prevention, and both lines went unanswered. I also realized that the voicemail that usually picks up so that you can leave a message, also did not go off. I figured that it must be full, and that the Loss Prevention staff must not be working this evening.
I then called Manager and told her I found a Gift Card, and was there any way we could track it. I did not mention the money, because I knew once we track the gift card, the money will also be that persons. She told me to then contact the Gift Card Services Department over the phone. I did and spoke with a Lady and explained that I found a Gift Card and asked if there was anyway that they could track the Gift Card purchase on their end so that we could return it. The lady told me that there was no way to track a Gift Card purchase. After hanging up with her, I called the Manager on duty, . I told L that I found a Gift Card, and told her I couldn't get a hold of anyone in Loss Prevention, and told her I called Gift Card Services and they couldn't help me either. L told me to seal the Gift Card in an envelope and write a note and put it under the door to the Loss Prevention Office. I asked what if a customer comes back for it? Then she said that I could just drop it off to her on my way out of the building when we turn in our wallets. I said okay. After I hung up with L I put the Gift Card in the envelope and slipped it underneath the door to Loss Prevention with a note.
I left the money on top of the register, hoping a customer might call or come back for it. I figured that if Loss Prevention wasn't answering the telephone, then they would be in early in the morning and by that time I would have already asked the girls if they had lost a Gift Card and Money. If it wasn't theirs, then I would immediately explain to Loss Prevention that I thought it was one of the girls. If a customer did come for the money / Gift Card then I could at least give them there lost cash, and explain to them that

we were trying to track the Gift Card, and they could have it in the morning when the Loss Prevention staff arrived.
I thought I was doing Loss Prevention a favor by trying to track down the owner myself and never thought they would question my integrity.
I then got very busy at work, cleaning helping customers and saying my goodbyes to fellow associates. I was scheduled to quit the very next day. After helping my last customer, I decided that it was late and no customers were going to come back for the money, and I should just either take it home and return with it in the morning, or I could give it to L, on my way out of the building with my cash from my register and explain to her, I was hoping a customer would come back for it. I put the cash in my wallet. I remember several occasions where I found a gold earring, or a pearl button that belonged to the girls and put them in my wallet to return them in the morning and thought nothing of it. I started to clean up, and received a telephone call and was told to report to Loss Prevention Office.
I walked back and spoke with J and another male loss prevention associate was in the camera room as well. I am unsure of his name. She told me to explain what happened with the gift card, and at this point I told her about just the gift card because I was afraid she would think I was trying to take the money, after all it was in my wallet.
Then she said that since I was moving, the store had to do inventory control, so I had to give her a list of all of the items that I have ever taken from the store, as she handed me a piece of paper and pen. I told her that I didn't understand, and she yelled inventory control; write down all the things you took. I told her that I never took anything from the store without purchasing it.
She then started yelling at me, calling me a liar and asking me how could she believe anything I was saying. She then told me that she tracked the gift card, and the lady called in wanting to know where her money was. I told her that it was an honest mistake, and that I have the money at the counter as we speak. I told her that I was hoping a customer would come back for the money, and that if no one did I was going to keep the money till the next day and ask the girls at the counter if it was theirs and if It wasn't I was going to turn it in. She didn't believe anything I was saying and kept calling me a liar, so I panicked and told her a lie that I found the money separate from the gift card hoping that she would believe me and that it would make more sense, but she didn't. She told me that I didn't mention the money because I wanted to steal it. I told her that I had not decide if I was going to take it home or turn it in at the end of the night with my wallet.
She again, demanded I tell her everything I stole from the store, and pulled out a stack of about thirty receipts stapled together with a bunch of paper work and said "Do you know what this is?" I said no I do not. She said that those were all the receipts of things I stole and that she had video proof for all of them. I told her that was impossible because I never stole anything, and I told her I wanted to see the video. She refused. She yelled about me stealing samples, and testers. I told her I never took anything, and that I only took samples when we were authorized to do so. I told her the only testers that I own are from Chanel School that was given to all Chanel employees. She blamed me for stealing Clinique brushes and then told me that there was video footage showing that I stole it or watched another associate steal a Clinique Brush, and since she was my friend, I was an accomplice. I told her I never saw anyone steal anything, or I would have reported it. I also told her I had a full set of Chanel Brushes that I could show that I paid for or got from Gratis.
She continued to bash me, and kept yelling at me, telling me I was a disgrace to the Marine Corps and that I made her sick. She kept screaming, and everything I said was a lie to her. She said that I wanted to take the cash because I felt I worked hard, and deserved it as a reward. I explained to her that I found wallets, purses, check books, phones, sunglasses all at my counter, and always hold on to them until the customer comes looking for it. I pleaded with her, and told her my intentions were good. I told her that my husband and I saved over $25,000 to pay for my wedding in September of 2009 and I had no reason to steal $30.00. She kept asking me questions like why I took the money, and that she had been watching me for a long time, because she just knew I was a thief. Finally, I gave up. I told her in sarcasm "Yeah your right, I stole it, is that what you want from me to confess to something I didn't do?" Then she said you figured they couldn't track the money right? I said it was with the gift card! "Why would I turn in the Gift Card and keep the money?"
She then handed me a sheet of paper and told me to write exactly what happened, and so I did. After I was finished with a page of writing she read it to herself. Once she finished she said to me "Don't think you are going to get away that easily." I told her that my statement was the truth that I didn't intend to steal anything. At that point she started to flip out. She started pulling out her own hair with both fists, and turned beat read. She started balling up her fists and breathing heavily, and shaking her head toward me in anger. She balled up her fists like she wanted to do physical harm to me and just kept getting angrier and looking at me with disgust. She then picked up my statement and ripped it up and threw it away.
She opened a drawer and slammed another statement paper down in front of me. I told her I already wrote my statement, and she said no you write what I say. By this point I couldn't believe what she was doing to me, forcing me to do this, my whole body was trembling, and I was terrified. So I wrote what she said word for word, until she was finished. Then I wrote, I intended to give the money back. Then I continued to write "Everything in this statement is true, and no threats or promises were made to me" as she told me to. I looked up at her in tears and said please don't do this to me. I am innocent.
After writing the new statement, she read it and told me to sign and date it. I told her I would not because it wasn't the truth. She told me that If I didn't sign it then she would be forced to press charges against me on all the receipts that she showed me and I would be arrested in front of all my co-workers when it was closing time, and that she would ensure that I would never get a decent job again.
At that point I was so freighted of going to jail, that I did sign it and then she asked me which manager I wanted to witness this. I told her I didn't care. R came in and read my statement and asked me if it was true. I said yeah, I guess so out of fear of what Loss Prevention J would do to me if I didn't. I asked her if I was allowed to attend my "going away" party that was in the break room the next morning which also was my last day of work because I had turned in my two week notice because my husband was attending school five hours away and we were moving. She said If I came in that I would be escorted in cuffs.
After that I was told to go back to my counter, get my things, and to give her the money. I said okay. I did. After handing her the money, she turned and smiled at me and said, I just think its so funny that you get fired the day before you quit, don't you? I shook my head in disbelief. Then she said Karma will get you every time! She also said that, I was lucky to have her do this on your last day, so no one really will know what happened, they will just think you moved away. I shook my head and walked to my vehicle.
At some point within the next few days, I filed a vocal grievance call to the Human Resources Manager and explained to her that I was innocent. S told me that she would ensure that my statement went inside my folder.
The above information is true to the best of my knowledge. I wrote this statement with no harassment, intimidation, or threats being made to me, in a calm environment. This is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help me God.

Do I have a fighting chance to win this! Please help! I have NO lawyer, and its just me......versus them!

That's a long story... you might want to think about getting straight to the point or else any judge might tune out. They are looking to determine whether you are guilty or innocent and the sooner you give them a reason you are innocent, the better.
