I quit claimed my home (which I owned prior to the marriage) to my husband some years ago. There were 2 quit claims drawn up, one from me to him which was filed and one from him to both of us which he hid and I just found this week. He's facing some felony charges and I am filing for divorce. He has quit claimed the house (which I am currently living in) to his neice. Although the 2nd quit claim was never filed, it was notarized by an attorney. I need to know what rights I have and can an attorney fight this in court. Could someone answer please?
