There is a cable TV hook up already. The tenants who haven't moved in yet also want a satellite hookup for their tv. They'll use the Cable for their internet. Do I have to allow this or can I tell them that since there is already a hook up in the house I don't want any more wires coming into the home.

Unless there's some specific requirement in your district/county, you don't have to allow this. You're already provided a source for cable access.
