My tenants were sued by my neighbor that he made her child fall down from bicycle by accident (no impact). My neighbor didn't know my tenants name. She lookup my template car and sue me. I didn't do it. Do I have to give my tenants name to my neighbor?

Do I have to give my tenants name to my neighbor?

You don't have to. But if it gets you out from under a lawsuit it would be silly not to as you have no legal obligation to keep your tenant's identity secret.

Now, if the lawsuit against you is for vicarious liability for the injury you'd better darn well notify your insurance company.

You do have liability insurance on the rental, don't you?
