Do I leagally oen these photos if...

I'm am just curious about something. About a year ago an ex girlfriend allowed me to take nude photos of her. The next day she said I could put them on my computer and since then received copies of them herself. Recently she asked me to dispose of them. Am I legally obligated to do so? Do I own the photos because I took them and she allowed it? I don't have any plans to do anything with them I am merely curious about the legalities of photo ownership. Thanks.

She can't take them from you legally. They are yours under the circumstance you described. But how you use them is another thing. You can't post them publicly in any way to generate income without her consent….you can use them private use…… You can pretty much show anyone you like and other stuff……provided she can't prove any other agreements to the use of the photos. It is your call.
