I was involved in a car accident in April. I was stopped at a red light and a kid hit me from behind. He never lied and told the police it was his fault.
I had whiplash and soft tissue damage to my back. I had to leave work due to not being able to stand for all hours.
My question is; do I need a lawyer by law for his insurance company to pay my doctor bills and for compensation on some lost wages?
I know a lawyer is the BEST way but I DONT want want any "extra" compensations. So can I "make" a deal on my own with the insurance company or by LAW do I have to have a lawyer?
