Do I owe?

Back in March I was in a car accident where I hit someone that hit someone else. Now the person that was hit by the person I hit has hired a lawyer and is suing me. From the pictures that i took at the scene I don't see any damage on her vehicle. I need help on what to do?? The lawyer moved it from small claims to the general civil docket.
