I sold 4 items on ebay and the buyer left positive feedback that she recieved the items. The tracking info was not updated by usps so it doesn't show the items were delivered, but she left positive feedback saying they were. Ebay is refunding her for all 4 items because they said the tracking info doesn't say they were delivered. And she gets to keep them? Not right. Seems like stealing. What do I do? What can I do?
