Do they have any repsonsibility?

My family and I joined Lifetime fitness in 12/2007. We were sold on the family atmosphere. Recently I found out that my wife is having an affair with on of the trainers. Does Lifetime have any responsibility for their staffing hitting on spouses of members. I feel that I trusted my family to them and they should have a policy against trainers doing this.

Well your wife is 50% responsible for the affair so its hard to hold Lifetime 100% responsible.

you can try talking to the center manager to see if they will either let you out of your contract, or fire that employee.
