Do they owe child support?

I live in Texas. I will be 18 in 3 weeks and have lived with my girlfriends family for almost 2 years. I am estranged from my family with no contact and they have not supported me emotionally or financially. My girlfriend and I got pregnant and my parents basically "gave" me to her parents. I was adopted at birth from Venezuela. My question is: Do they own me or my girlfriends family child support? They have homeschooled me, fed me, clothed me, and cared for me without any financial help from my family what so ever. If they owe child support do I need to file very soon since I will be turning 18 in 3 weeks? Help?

Nope. Unless they have legal custody of you which they do not, they are not owed child support. Why would you file for child support? It is not owed to you and really not owed to anyone since it was never filed for and custody or guardianship was not even assigned.
