does anyone know if NY would come extradite someone from nevada on a probation violation for a non violant class e felony? the person in question does not have a record either...besides that crime...

I don't know. I don't know the crime. I don't know the circumstances. The general rule applies that if it's not so severe, e.g. murder, then the effort might not be worth it. That doesn't prevent one from having a warrant out for their arrest. Others here might be better acquainted in this area but I think you need to provide specific facts, e.g. the actual felony charged. If NY is trying to prevent an illegal transport of XYZ drug from NV and that is what this felony deals with, chances are much greater that extradition will take place.
