I provide a Blue Cross Blue Shield plan for my nineteen-year old son who is a student. He used the services of a Doctor for treatment resulting from an accident. The insurance did not cover the entire bill and he has neglected to pay the balance. A collection agency has started to come after me for the balance. I'm I responsible?
