Medical Malpractice doctor prescribing wrong medicine

i went to the doctor to get help for adult adhd which i told him that i think i have and he gave me a test which proved it also. he prescribed me medication for people who have seizures and caused a person to want to commit suicide after lengthy doses. can i sue him for attempting to whack me through the meds?

That would depend on what medications he prescribed. You will have to be more specific.

It would also depend on whether or not you suffered any harm as a result of the medication. Did you?
