What documents are required to be filed in the county court in Nebraska to sell a house? It will be a cash transaction, no realtors are involved.

None. You don't file documents with the court. A deed needs to be filed with the county clerk where they keep property records. I believe in Nebraska the place/office is called the "Register of Deeds." The contract of sale is between you and the purchaser. You may also need to file this Nebraska Real Estate Transfer Statement form as well.
