Hi I have a document a friend typed out stating it was his last will and testament which states only what he wanted me to have not addressing his wishes reguarding others.
It has only his signature and no date or witness nor nortary, is this still a legal document and recongized in probate proceedings ? :) Thanks!

A will in Colorado can be typed or handwritten. It must be dated and bear the signature of the testator. Colorado requires the will to be witnessed by two disinterested parties to the will and should be notarized.

What you possess doesn't meet the legal requirements of a will in Colorado.
