I was just looking at my credit report and saw two judgements against me for the same company one says: Judgement:Feb1, 2005-the name of the Court/liability-not reported assets-not reported
the the other one says: Feb 17, 2005-name of the Court/Liabilty about $2000 assets:$ 0
Does a judgement mean that I got served to court and didnt appear? Because I never got any papers in the mail for court. This is for a 2000 account that was charged/skipped/closed account transfered or sold Comments were: bad debt placed for collection and skip. Can they garnish my wages?
