My ex-husband can get insurance through his job, I am a stay at home mom and havent worked in years. The judge granted him custody and i pay support. He is now trying to get medical through the courts i have no way to get the children coverage w/o them liveing in mine and my currant husbands house. My currant husbands insurance company will not cover the children w/o them living in our house. What if any advice can anyone give me about this subject.

This is not a matter addressed by law. The law does not dictate which parent provides insurance. This is entirely a matter between the two parties and what it says in the divorce decree.

Then you'll have to work it out between the two of you. There is no law mandating which parent is responsible for insurance coverage in a divorce situation.
