Does a mother have the right to move from one area like West Palm Beach to Jacksonville FL if there is an investigation pending. The Child is with her mother right now and she needs to move from the area as well could they both leave the area and have the case transferred up to a case worker in Jacksonville Florida if so how does she go about doing this? Does a father have rights to the child if he does not contact his lawyer about setting up a court date for custody and does he lose his rights if he doesn't show up?
