I was living in TN, was taken to court for my dog bitting some one who went past jogging while I was taking the garbage out to the curb. The dog was also quarantined for 10 days(120.00 fee). NOW I received a letter from this woman saying that I have to pay her doctors bill or go to court. Do I have to pay this other bill? I thought that since the judge had me pay the ER bill($585.00) I was done with this matter.

I would tell her to take you to court, because a judge already had you pay the doctor bills-- there is no way for you to know if these new bills exist and if they do, how do you determine if they were for the same issue? then again it depends on how much she wants -- and if this is going to be on going for years... I would ask to see the bill then determine what to tell her
