Assault & Battery Domestic Violence Charge

I live in WA state and a domestice violence call is a madatory arrest with probable cause. Me and my boyfriend got in an arguement and i threatened him with a glass bong (his and he is a marijuana patient), threw an ash tray, and a fan, but he got fustrated in the process of leaving and threw a full kitchen sized garbage can at me and it hit me in the face when it was dumping out. I called the police and he was arrested and charged with DV. The next day he went to court where he plead guilty and was released and they ordered he not return home or withing 100 feet of me or the residence (no contact order). The police only knew about the ashtray and i later spoke to the prosecutor and explained how much this has ruined my life, my relationship, caused me to be sleepless and not be able to eat. I am also 5 months pregnant with his child and i know in my heart he is not abusive we were just in a rough spot and needed to cool down. He has never hit me before and i am worried sick about him. Where is he staying? How is he eating? Is he alive? Can someone help me. I know he is a good person and i love him alot and i need him to come home. Any help, advice, or information would be helpful and greatly appreciated.

What you are feeling is typical of domestic violence victims. I believe one thing you need to do is seek some assistance through counseling. There are DV support groups out there that can help you work through this. Check with your county social services agency or look on line or in the phone book for information on local domestic violence services.
