I was employed with a company about 4 years ago,that accused me of taking some money.I was arrested and had to go to a preliminary trial. I hired a local lawyer to represent me. The judge sent my case to big court. I never went to trial. Just this year I found out that my case had been dismissed. Can I sue the company that I worked for? They never said I was fired. I was on suspention until further notice.
