Don't have trade union representation

I dont have a trade union and need to attend a hearing meeting at work what can i do????? Help please.

I don't think we can help you except to tell you that you should probably attend. Also, your IP address notes you are in the UK & this is mainly a US law forum. The laws are not the same.
