Hi earlier this month I had posted my situation regarding the embezzelment charges I am facing with my former employer as well as the representation the court had given me. What I really am concearned with at this point is my counsel that has been appointed. I have never had or heard of any one else's counsel tell them that they are not going to go over their discovery with them especially page by page and that they are not going to meet with them to discuss this case until they receive a written statement from their client stating how all this happened and then once received from client to attorney he would need 5 days to digest this before he would even consider setting up an appointment with them (me) his client to go over my case. What am I dealing with here, this is not normal, is it? Is he trying to pull something over on me? I feel like he is working with the prosecution side not the defense side my side. WE HAVE COURT IN 3 DAYS can I still ask for new representaion? I think I should ! do you agree?, this can not be the way legal representaion works or is it? I am hoping that one of your legal experts can get back to me before my next court day with some advise on what I can do. I truely feel this guy is totaly against me and my case ,and he is pissed that the courts has appointed him for the job so he is going to screw me, what do you think?
