I completely trusted my sister. My bro is a snake, taking my mom to a lawyer twice and having her property put into his name. My sister is aggressive and had everything changed back. My mother (was) a wuss and would sign anything you asked or told her to. She became forgetful, my sister insisted she live with her and her husband, also a kiniver. I trusted my sister, she and her husband took mom to a lawyer for a trust. My sister would never give me a copy of the trust, said it wasn't any of my business. I didn't push it as I do not like to argue or fight. Mom had Alzheimer's disease. I was always there for all of them, helping any way I could. For thirty years my mom was part of my family, going everywhere with us, vacations, weekends, etc. I was VERY foolish in trusting. Now I find out my sister eliminated me from the estate, she and my bro will inherit everything. My mother would sign things if you told her to. NOW I know how my sister and bro work. I am very sad with my siblings screwing me like this. I saved all letters, etc. so I am hoping this will prove they manipulated her as her cognative abilities were not there. I am sad I lost this part of my family. I just wqnt to warn you all NOT TO TRUST SIBLINGS OR FAMILY!! My children won't get a thing from my mom and dad's estate, I must prove elder abuse. The lawyer says I have a good case with my letters, pictures and records from Drs. I sure hope so, so I can help my family. I am numb with this deception and and hoping fairness will win and they will be proven the nasty crooks they have been. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE TO DEAL WITH AN ELDER'S BUSINESS.
