i purchase property with so-call'd boyfriend at the time.I made all payments on property and ende up filing bankruptcy chpt-13 and paid for it in full in my name only. it's been years now since i've seen this person-we're no longer together since 10yrs ago. now i want to use my property to purchase and sell and i can't because i was told that he has to sign over his part-which he never paid for. i'm unable to locate him and this is delaying my purchase. what can i do to resolve this and have his name removed off my paperwork

Depends on your jurisdiction. If he can't be located to sign a quit claim deed to you, you'll probably need to apply to court for a declaration that you are the sole owner and to have his name struck from title. You should talk to a local real estate lawyer.
