downward modification

I submitted a request for a downward modification due toa large decrease in annual pay, it was rejected for lack of information, I have 35 days to submit an objection, What will i need to submitt in order to get the objection over turned and get a court date.

What proof are you submitting that your salary is going down? Do you have several pay stubs or a W2 from 2009 that reflect the decrease? Bank statements? Just an FYI you may have to work at the lower pay for a few months before you build up significant proof.
