What is the legality of publicly posting the names of those caught Dr. Shopping? Obviously they are breaking the law and if they are not patients of the drs. office is it legal to post the person's name on a website? ie. FBI Most Wanted, America's Most Wanted?

Kevin, doctor shopping is not illegal.

In fact, it is a good idea.

I'm sorry, maybe I should have been more clear on my point. When a person goes to a Dr. with supposed pain and tries to get drugs because they are an addict that is illegal. The Dr. gives them a prescrition and they go to the Pharmacy, change the script and get caught what is the legality of being able to post that person's name someplace public to warn other doctors, dentists, pharmacists and other medical professionals of people this this?
