What's a legal way to describe this?

My uncle and aunt has been hitting the door at night while I sleep until I start sleep talking for a month. Some other things they've done: rev the car outside while I sleep, bang utensils in the kitchen, slam doors, making fire alarm beeping noises, in fact they're doing it right now, and have been doing it all day for six days.

I will assume that you live in your aunt and uncle's home. If so, then stalking would not apply. If you feel they are harassing you, then get a restraining order; however, that may require that you move out of their home.

In another thread, you mentioned your lawyer. You should follow your lawyer's advice about your situation.

Now please, please, PLEASE stop posting about this problem. You've gotten all the legal advice possible. Someone in your story needs psychological help, and I hope it's sought.
