my ex- wife and i have joint custody of our 2 children. the court papers state that she is supposed to inform me of any changes or anything that may happen with the children's doctors school or anything else. for example my youngest child went to the emergency room one night and although i am supposed to be notified not only by my ex- wife but by the hospital as well. i didn't know until my child told me herself that she went which was two days later. what can i do to make sure she tells me what she's supposed to? my attorney who did my orgional case is not avaliable to deal with my case anymore he took on too many clients. what can i do?

I would exercise caution before you make waves. If the child was in an dout of Er with no serious issues the court might not like fact you took court time for such and small issue. by the way how would the ER know to notify you? I suggest you talk to othe rparent over your concerns and remind other parent of the court ruling on notifications
