I recently moved from California to Virginia. The judge in California STAYED my 18 month conviction program in California so I can obtain a driver's license in Virginia because I do not intend on moving back to California. Virginia wil not issue me a license until I am cleared from California DMV. California DMV will not honor the judges descision to
STAY the 18 month conviction program nor wil they honor a 18 month program completed in Virginia. Can I obtain some type of hardship license? Where I live, there is no public transportation, one taxi company, and I need to work and take care of 3 small children. In other words I cannot survive without a license?
