Driving on private road with a suspended license.

Always update your address and pay speeding tickets.

My license was suspended and I was pulled over on a private road; issued a ticket.

On the ticket itself, " the undersigned certifies and says that in the state of Washington, (me, the defendant) did operate the following vehicle/motor vehicle on a public highway and did then and there commit the following offense." .....No Valid I.D. ( Suspended License)......


Is this infraction beatable?

That depends, what section were you cited for? And what kind of "private road" was this? In a gated community? A farm road? On your private property? What?
