Can I get in trouble if I have unopened alcohol in my car and i am with someone who is 21 years old? Like, assuming I get pulled over, and the cop finds alcohol in my trunk, but my passenger is 21, can I get in trouble for that? And could you also tell me the code that says I can or cannot do that?
