Driving Without A License = Misdemenor

I got a ticket for driving without a license, and the ticket says its a misdemeanor.

I believe I can get my drivers license before the court date, will it help my chances to get it dismissed.

I got a ticket in texas for not wearing a seat belt, but no mention of no license will this hurt my chances in court.

no drivers license

today i got pulled over for an unsafe lane change, and so the officer found out i didnt have a license either, so i got 2 charges now, court date is aug 1, i dont have a permit. im 16 years old, i dont know what to do now, the officer towed my car, i got my car out, now i wanted to know what are the chances that my lane chaning charge will get dismissed if i go get my permit and get into driving classes... and i wanna know what the consequenses are for driving witout a license.. do you think there gonna extend me time to 18 to get a license, or no.. the officer said i need to show up in court, and its monitary, and i just have to pay a fine or something.. but what do you guys think.. let me know as soon as possible please. and this happend in Virginia in fairfax..
