Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Drug Deal Gone Bad...

This is about a drug deal gone bad. The person who was interacting with the drug dealer got robbed, and was either shot or hit with something in the back of the head. The guy fortunatly survived. The money that was taken from him by the drug dealers was not his money and the police are aware of this....
My question is, can the person's who's money it belonged to get in trouble????

Everyone involved in the crime can likely be charged with something. If someone knowingly financed an illegal action then they attempted to commit a crime by facilitating the person carrying out the crime.
