Drug Crimes, Substance Abuse drug posseion

Please help I am a 58yr. old man. I have had minor criminal offenses in my youth. No drug charges. On 4/21/09 The sheriff dept. come in with a no knock warrent. I was charged with criminal possesion of a controlled substance in the 3rd,5th and, 7th degree. Also, criminal use of drug paraphernal. I have been paralyzed with a stroke for the past 10 years. What is the penelty for these charges and, would I qualify for the new non violent drug program where you go into a program but not the prison? I would not survive in there. I am a vey poor person.
