Naturalization, Citizenship Dual Citizenship for US and German

Both of my parents were born in Germany back in the 30s and 40s. I am 29 years old and was born and raised in the US. I would like to get dual citizenship but I don't know if I can still. My dad has passed away but my mom still lives in the states. Is there anything I can do? Also, I have no criminal record of any kind.

Here's a great idea, why not ask the German Embassy or the nearest German Consulate?
